Pizarro led conquest of Incas.
Reasons for Spanish Victories:
1. Superior weapons/technology.
2. Horses
3. Help from enemies of the empire (the enemy of my enemy is my friend)
4. Lack of fighting determination by the Aztecs (at first thought the Spanish may be gods) and by Incas (weakened by internal fighting for power)
5. Autocratic power structure - unclear who was to be in charge of the leader dies
6. Disease - especially small pox
